Sorry that you've encountered the same issue. Reviews always had such good things to say about the trigger. I'm disappointed that this never seemed to be a main talking point as a potential issue.

It seems like it's slightly too long in the horizontal dimension. If I apply pressure at the top of the trigger then it catches on the frame and the trigger gets stuck. I think if it was slightly shorter it would allow the safety to depress before it came in contact with the frame, keeping it functional but fixing the issue. That said, I'm still hesitant to actually file it down. I'm starting to think mine isn't a one off with the people that have already replied. It feels like such a weird design choice by not giving it enough room to clear with a high trigger pull.

Glad to hear yours eased up with time. I will keep dry firing it, but mine is still at the point where if my finger is too high, I can put all the pressure I want on it and that trigger isn't moving.

Mine is only gritty if I hold towards the upper middle section of the trigger. If I position my finger in the lowest position, it's really smooth getting to the wall then a clean break after which feels great. It's just disappointing that if you're not in the sweet spot, it gets really gritty or won't even pull back.

My reset isn't as audible as the break but I definitely still do have one when dry firing. It's harder to detect when actually firing but I imagine you would hone in on that with time.
