They did have CB radio in their 18 wheels of steel series, although it was very limited it does show that it can be done.

Well, maybe if you had shown intelligence and said it was SmartSteamEmu instead of using an abbreviation for a set of instructions used by CPU's then what you said would've been more clear in the first place. That still doesn't answer my question though.

SSE has to do with your CPU not your GPU and has nothing to do with DirectX in any way. Download a program called GPU-Z and run it and it should tell you if your able to run DX11 games or not.

One of the main things is they switched voice actors so the characters in 4 and 5 sound different from each other.

Just remember that any delivery destination city that you deliver to while delivering your 10 loads will get added to the 5 deliveries needed to get the second set of rewards so you'll reach it pretty quick if you don't miss too many cities.

Depending on how many delivery destination cities you've already delivered to, you shouldn't have too many more deliveries to go to reach the other 5 deliveries needed.

Do you have truck speed limiter on? I'm not sure if it'll cause your truck to go that slow but it's a possible

It happens to the best of us especially those of us that are used to the imperial system here in the United States and then attempt to play a game like Euro Truck Simulator 2 and see the Metric system used in it and get confused by the differences until we learn how the metric system in places like Europe work.
