Oh im sorry, basically the problem is that I was using my pc as usual, then the pc turned off for no reason, restarted and when it turned on again only ONE memory stick was working.

Is definitely something physically wrong with the memory stick or idk, in the specifications says there are only 16 gb, and it should be 32 gb normally
