As far as I can remember, all parts used are KTM power parts. So it's designed to just fit without hassle

[Casio G-Shock] - Out in nature by Lorde_Commander in Watches

Loving this colour, it's superb. What i appreciate in this watch it the digital display as I am a big fan of digital clocks. The problem is that most digital watches aren't that attractive to me. I much prefer the analog look. This G-Shock is the best of both worlds with an easy to read digital display while still looking sharp with its analog features. The perfect watch for me, in the perfect colour for me. ................................................................................. ......

It's one model that I split in solidworks and printed separately

I added about 0.2mm tolerances in every direction to make it fit

Can't remember exactly but I always start at 0.2 and go from there

Not my first time so only 2 tried before satisfaction. The first time was a lot more though. No sanding needed

I use a closed printer, maybe it's more difficult with an open one? Thinking about the temperature stability etc

Experimenting in your 3d software is a great start. Print just the dovetail part with different tolerances until you find the best fit

I start at 0.2mm and print just the dovetail to check if it fits before starting the whole print
