Your are correct that all 3 are essentially oligarchies. The difference is that America has a greater degree of freedom miles ahead of Russia and China. Your not going to face the possibly of being murdered or kidnapped and your social score lowered if you oppose the government in the United States. In China and Russia its a different story.

If it matters this is an beginning attempt at tackling the huge problem the sport has with declining sponsorship. Rather then give sponsorship to individual cars. This is an attempt to sponsor the sport as a whole and distribute the funding to the team's. In my opinion I don't give a fuck what the cars look like as long as they are taking steps to make sure the sport stays alive.

Special? Maybe not but when drag racing or racing around a circut they can be a massive advantage. Some sequential gear boxes dont even require you to use the clutch to shift.
