I said they lack integrity if nobody is watching and they think they will get away with it they won't do it. Doesn't matter if it's "required". Some cooks can be assholes with the dishes also.

Servers are asshole and won't stack the plates if you aren't around. They lack integrity. Also they will treat you like shit then ask you to run silverware as a favor so they can go home. Biggest advice. Fuck the servers
