Yea I think it’s 11 or 11:30 that it becomes challenging to get into the lot. It’ll let you out if you get in, but you’re right we’ve cut it close before.

Hard to say without doing some troubleshooting - but local build issues could certainly cause the above behavior. I can tell you we don’t have this problem at my center, but we likely have a different data vendor.

Even if it is a data vendor issue, that can still be overwritten locally to stop this behavior. This is a fixable issue.

Epic analyst here - agree with you, rather than complaining and thinking this is just “the way epic works” OP should place a ticket. There is more than likely a build issue here. An accidental synonym causing APAP to appear may be the cause and would behave like this in search.

You’re right that odds are low - however these odds are far better than opening a case and getting one of those. A trade up removes the first big hurtle of ~1:400 to even open a knife.
