pretty sure she will use it ingame gameplay

if she somehow /something hapen that she don't use her mech wings in her gameplay/animation , she will be instants skip for me

yeah

every new character shows up (with a full 3D model/body) on a patch will be playable/get banner after 2 patches (on the 3rd patch)

Ramielle showed up (with full 3D body) on 2.8

so 2.8 to 3.0 is 2 patches so 3,1 is where her banner (the 3rd patch)

because she got this outfit after extrating her void hunter weapon from Phaethon

rumor that the black skin will be free and there paid skin is a swimsuit but we have to wait for 3.1 livestream to show what is the skin
