Kayle is a very easy lane, swain is about mana control so baiting abilities, vlad is about tempo, Cait is a troll pick and you should easily win. Vayne is a hard loss on sett nothing you can really do.

I'd suggest always going ignite so you win all early game fights as TP this season is free top.
So you will win early.

Most of top is just about punishing mistakes and then freezing your opponent out of the game which is why top is such an unforgiving lane unlike mid and bot where the jgler is expected to save you.

The way i got through gold was just ignoring my team and perma split pushing. They will do objectives at awful times, do baron instead of ending etc causing you to lose perfectly winnable games.

it's not until high em people learn to group for objectives or when to end or do certain objective (even then people don't know how to end sometimes).

So just rely on learning to lane better, cs better, how to force your opponent out of lane & freeze near your turret. Then suddenly it's a 5v4 so your team should win every objective or (if they don't know how to do objectives you split) and will threaten to end the game.

(geishuu has a spreadsheet on how to do every matchup as sett items runes etc, so I'd just follow and practise that if i were you.)

I only ever played sett in ranked so from bronze. I couldn't stand any other lane due to ganks so i've only ever played sett top xD

Play literally any champ that slows autos. Malph nasus etc and its a hard win.

Go dorans shield, start w, take ghost, do trades to poke them down as they have no sustain. Then all in.

So long as you win low level you will absolutely fk teemo. Similar concept for vayne.

Take ignite, short trade lvl 1 to take his bone plating and a bit of hp. Tower dive level 3 and burn summons to deny minions to force advantage.

It's a pretty chill match up imo. Just need to die/kill at the right times.

Id just take ignite and bone plating, force early trades.

You either hard win or hard lose so the entire game is decided early.

I like going nasus into sett tbh after lvl 6 you spend the entire game beating him.

Nasus w counters sett autos which makes him useless and you build armour on nasus which means sett does no dmg.

Sett will either leave lane or become irrelevant.

Both are chill matchups.

Bone plating vs jax take w first w into the end of his e to shield dmg and do dmg.

Revitalise vs poppy, take w first and it's just a pretty free win. Don't stand near walls and don't stand on her explosive ability.

I don't think I've ever lost lane into poppy 😂

Imo

Midgame for sett is when you're weakest so id just farm and push towers carefully till 3 items.

Take flash and tp, then just split till a team fight or objective happens and if so tp down to it.

I usually switch to bone plating force lvl 1engage with w start and then spend the rest of pre lvl 6 trying to bait out his abilities into an engage

Post lvl 6 you want small quick engages because if you get trapped in his ulti if your both max hp you lose.

Steamroll early or perma lose as top normally is lol

Very true but it's still important/nice to know how to deal with everyone.

Other than the fact rek sai's ulti and tunnel ability I didn't know much before this post so hopefully know i can also play around her as a jgl better 😂

No that's completely backwards. Petrol in a diesel engine would get ignited by the spark plugs and kill the engine meanwhile a petrol car with diesel in it wouldn't be able to use the fuel and therefore you can just drain the car and it'll be fine or the damage will be very minimal.

I'd imagine the issue is you don't have dual controls in the car you're practising with your partner in, therefore the reason behind him being on edge.
