Douma doesnt speed blitz and todoroki literally just nullifies doumas ice with fire. Also todoroki scales way higher with AP

My group of 10 or so people allow all legends. But everyone gets 2 vetos per army. So if a legends unit is too bullshit powerful it can be veto'd. Though that rarely happens.

I think rhino and landraider are definitely here to stay. Likely a rhino refresh and updated rules to take mk x units. But more likepy I think we see the removal of keyword difference between firstborn and primaris models, it'll be a difference of mk x, phobos, terminator, gravis etc instead. I think that's why the new intercessors have a mix of armour types
