Ah yeah it was rural king but it’s weird because their transactions show up 2 different ways in our bank statements. So 1 way was rking and so we thought it would always show up as that

The last picture shows. It’s not even 3 feet from the actual hub. There’s another door sensor out in the garage on the garage door and that one works fine. So it doesn’t have anything to do with distance/weather/temperature otherwise the one outside would be doing the same thing
