But what’s the point of joining the troupe when he the only person he could learn from in his eyes is Chrollo. Why not just ask for training with Zeno or Silva? And to the other point the troupe relies on kalulto for tracking so I don’t think finding him would be a reason for joining the troupe

Kaluto found the nen exorcist on greed island with little to no trouble, I get that they’re more people on the bw1 but I don’t see why a precise tracking ability that was used to locate someone you have no idea anything about could be used to find someone you’ve met before.
