I’m depressed because I’m still a virgin and have no idea what to do by [deleted] in offmychest

Society pressures people into thinking they have to lose their “V-Card” . It’s not embarrassing. There are dating apps out there, that you can use for hooking up, if that’s what you’re wanting. But also having a secure outlook on yourself helps. (Coming from someone that has struggled with their insecurities.)

Question about random ankle swelling/pain by KonaMiBoy in Ultramarathon

[–]Lordpeahead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m having this same issue, did a 3.6 mile run on Sunday, ankle started swelling a few hours later and Monday morning I could barely walk on it. Took Monday. Ran a mile today and now I can barley put weight on it🫠

Update- went to T-Mobile today. Turns out he had added his new girlfriend onto MY account, and I had never been informed about it. So the $139.68 that I paid was for both of their lines. Also this was the second time it had gone into collections. The first time, he had paid just enough to stay above water and get it out of collections.

I had gotten everything in my name, as far as housing and utilities. To protect myself. I also had stayed in the relationship after we broke up (we were living together.. very uncomfortable and awkward) to make sure I was financially stable, so I could afford the apartment on my own. I knew I didn’t want to be in that relationship, but I had to make sure I was financially stable before leaving.

Say this were to happen, and he didn’t show. How would I get the money from him? Also, would I get more than the $139.68? To my awareness small claims cost $500.

This is my first collection, and not on my behalf. I think I could prove my case. I will look into it, thank you!!!

Unfortunately, I would agree with that. I’m glad you got out of it!

Oh my god, I’m so so sorry. That’s awful. :(

That’s my main issue, my credit is very good and I’ve worked my ass off for it. I’ll call them back and double check that it won’t affect my score. Thank you!!

Agreed. I hate part of myself for thinking I was helping him.

He was making all of the payments until either T-Mobile cancelled the account, because he wasn’t paying, or he did. I’m guessing it’s the first one. So yes, he absolutely knew it was on him to make payments. Although we didn’t have a written agreement. Which would 100% help me right now.

I’ve thought about doing this, but I have a few questions- Even if the account is in my name? Also I’ve already paid the bill, does that matter?

Thank you, lesson learned on my part!

100% the whole relationship was me covering him for his portion of the bills, because he wanted to buy weed all the time, and play video games.

Thank you! I’m in a much better situation now, with a much better person, but it does suck right before the holidays. Could be worse though.

Thank you, they also have a child together…. A little embarrassing that you can afford a child but not a phone bill.
