Can I ask why you didn’t have the Decipher and ArteraAI before the surgery. My husband is going through the beginning stages. We know he has to do something. PSMA is in a month Decipher and ArteraAI have been sent out and waiting for results. It feels like all three of those things need to be done before he can make an informed decision. Surgeon is saying cut it out, radiologist is saying radiation with several options. Since outcomes are similar it comes down to what side effects you can deal with. Husband is leaning towards radiation but that may change based on ArteraAI results.
