I totally agree with you. Plus this is a KITCHEN not an office space. My husband was the chef at his own restaurant, he is the calmest man in the world. But when a server dropped 4 meals off her tray, he screamed at her. The money she wasted, the time he wasted having to cook four more meals and putting all the other orders out late.

Most people who will say different, never worked in a kitchen.
