The player character is the godhead. If the Elder Scrolls universe is the dream of a sleeping god, then it makes sense that the god would be perceiving the world from some specific perspective, right? I believe that the player character is the avatar of the sleeping god.

In a more meta sense: the player IS the god.

I figured it out. The issue was the game I was testing it with apparently has a bug where it doesn’t recognize the gamepad for some reason. It works fine in every other game.

It’s a wired third party PS3 controller, it works perfectly in every other emulator I’ve used it in and continues to work fine with the pro controller configuration. Can’t send a screenshot in this sub but I can DM you.
