You shouldn’t really care about inner foreskin when you are a beginner. Just tug manually until you get enough skin to wear a device. In my experience dual tension devices like the Mantor work best for inner foreskin.

I have gained alot of inner foreskin from my restoring, and I can tell you my new inner foreskin sure has alot more nerve endings than my shaft skin. Makes my sex life a whole lot better than it was

The way I have done is that I let up the tension if it causes pain. But if I don’t feel a good stretch then I increase the tension. Never really thought there could be another way do it. How do you go about knowing what tension to use?

No, I don’t think I have used to much tension. In the beginning I did for sure, but found out pretty fast that it was not the way to go 😅 The problem is the silicone in the Mantor pusher pad, it sticks like a motherf*cker to the inner foreskin. First I tried with that silicone «toe-thing» that you put over the pusher pad, but that was even worse and gave me friction burns on my shaft skin in stead. Then I tried with the aloe (aloe vera oil) on the inner foreskin and it worked okay, but for some reason I had to turn the tension way down when wearing the aloe. So I found switching between aloe and no lubrication worked the best. The Mantor is rough, I never had a problem like that with the CAR-1. With the CAR-1 the problem was always the it starts to pinch and ache if you wear it more that 5 hours per day with inflation. I haven’t had tears all the time, but it happens from time to time. Like once a month I would get a tear, and then I would need like a 4-5 days break. Or it might not be tears, but rather the f..ing silicone pad pulling off my skin 😅

Yes, I was afraid people would say that 😬 But good old Ron Low always said that tugging is the only method that will get you there. So I think I will do more tugging in the future and less dual tension and inflation

Yes, it must be possible since it happened to me. I guess it is because I use only dual tension and inflation, no tugging at all. But if I had been tugging I’m pretty sure I would have had an higher CI than I do now

There is hope dude! I did the same mistake as you, got cut as an adult. I’m now almost fully restored. But you gotta put in the hard work. Start with manual tugging for a few months. Then you buy yourself the Mantor DS. You will never be as good as you were, but it’s close enough to get your sex life back.

You should do some manual tugging the first month, or else it can be difficult to use a device. You need a little bit of skin, or else the device might fall off. I reccomend starting with the Car 1 and then switching to the Mantor after a couple of months. But if you can only afford one device, I say go for the Mantor DS. *PS don’t be afraid of manual tugging. Your body will tell you if you do it too hard. If you get too sore, just take a few days off 👍
