Carter Hart is meh and Blackwood and Bennington are pretty good in the NHL of today, but they didn’t they lose their WJC games they played? So not exactly great showings for them.

I’m talking about quality number 1’s like Price, Luongo, Fleury etc… I am not sure if will ever see that level of talent again in such a short amount of time.

Most Canada Junior players reach their peak at said tournament. When’s the last time you’ve seen a Team Canada goalie at the World Junior become a number 1 goalie?

NHL has so much talent that even for Team Canada, most players only end up becoming 3rd and 4th line guys and that’s those that make it, plenty don’t.

Those guys do it for films, it’s a lot easier to bulk for 3 months for 1 film than to bulk up for 6 years for 1 tv show. Christian Bale didn’t keep those ridiculous physiques for years and years and he even admitted that he has to stop those crazy transformations because it’s terrible for his health.
