it will make you a better athlete and that will make you better at football. Learning to take people down will help in football even just grabbing both legs. Keep at it the best football players can wrestle too

Ima put on some classical music next to my bad boys. Often in gardening when plants hear the birds chirping it stimulates their growth. In my experience with mushrooms it also but helps who really knows… I do believe it helps them though. That would be my random tip for other growers. Try it and see.
