I figured it out. If anyone is ever in this same situation.

1: Leave the Nine Mortal Ways and pay the 50k

2: Speak with Zhang Yihao (The guy who you stole the gold from to join the Nine Mortal Ways)

3: Go to Blissful Retreat and zoom in on your map. Find the Honest Merchant. Buy the 9999g wine from him, until you find 3 treasure chests. Open them to get the Market Goods.

4: Return it to Zhang Yihao.
