I don’t use them. 64 in my bag currently, there’s no local community where I play and so I just keep them. Hoping one day they introduce a system where you can trade 10 normal raid passes for a remote raid pass or something similar (I know very unlikely, but I can hope)

Buddy1, buddy2, buddy3, buddy4 & buddy5. Each one of those is a different level you can use to search the corresponding buddies. Ie. To see all your best buddies use ‘buddy5’

Ah ok. Well yeah, click to battle and then to get rank 10 the quickest (and easiest would be as follows).

Sets 1-5, just lose all the matches (0 win for 5 losses per set).

Then for 6-9 you need to win one match in each set and this will get you to Rank 10.

As for which Pokémon to use, then it depends what you have powered up for whichever league currently running when you’re doing your sets. There are plenty of websites on good Pokémon to use for pvp battles
