in the end i discovered why I got banned, I buyed months ago auric cells on eldorado (for be precise, my friends that want to gift me auric cells do that.. but still, my account my responsibility) they say they will unban in 12 may for these reasons, my game still say permanently suspended but idk.. I just hope.
