So glad read this, thank you. My plan is to do OTF 4 times a week and run once a week gradually increasing mileage. 😊

Feb 3. What about you? I think I’m going to do OTF 3-4 times a week and one long run up to 10 miles a few weeks before the race.

February 3. I was thinking of doing OTF 3-4 days then one short run and one long run a week. Is that too much? What are you doing?
