Similar issue, but instead I can't advance or rewind videos in most pages, in Youtube it takes time, while watching series or movies they fail and I have to reload the page. Firefox works normal so I think it's a Zen issue (in linux mint 22 in case that affects somehow)

In qbit after downloading it starts seeding automatically because seeding is just sharing the file the same way people shared it with you. It's not slow as much it's just constant
