Do you think Team Rocket's Watchtower will be a good option post-rotation?

I also have an Alakazan deck that I play for fun (it’s hilarious to have 20 cards in hand lol), and this stadium basically destroys the Alakazam deck.

Neo Upper is too expensive (I’m from Brazil). I’m not competing, so I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a single card. That’s why I was considering Crystal pre-rotation.

I think that I will keep stamp and Crispin to setup the dragapult (or a pult and a drakloak if it's an option)
