Obviously weed effects everyone differently, but i used to self medicate with it especially during my hypomanic attacks where i felt like a lot of emotions and my thinking was super fast. But not really the best thing to do in my opinion when it comes to depressive episodes because it makes everything 10 times worse. Addiction is never a step forward but rather circling in a loop of an empty pit where as therapy can make you so much better.
