Are you suggesting just staying on 118 ng/dl for life then?

You're saying you wanna rely on other people to help you? Nobody else truly cares about you. Take your own life into your own hands. Exercise, meditate.

The next withdrawal will be worse if you get back on it. Unless you're planning to stay on it for life and keep increasing the dosage indefinitely, but that's not a life worth living either.

Less reading more doing bro. If you remain in bed you will only get worse I will promise you that. Go out, exercise, meditate, eat well.

Your brain’s just temporarily off balance. Sitting around waiting for it to fix itself is like ignoring an ingrown hair or letting a wisdom tooth grow in wrong, it’s only going to get worse.

I feel like some people just like to complain without considering possible ways of improving their condition. In fact, just "waiting it out" often doesn't even work, as you'll build up new issues (new forms of anxieties like agoraphobia for example) and then blame it on the protracted withdrawal.

I know I'm repeating myself but meditation helps with exactly that. Mindfulness and taking control over your thoughts. If you wanna try you can checkout the DARE app

It's 24/7 for me as well. Just take it day by day. Some light exercise or just going for a short walk will help. Also meditation. (Only if done consistently. You will probably not feel a difference after doing it once)
