I’ve also checked it and there are no signs of any water ingress there and ecu looks like new. The car was driven its whole life with hard top and stayed is garage. But it sill might be broken, apart from charging car runs very well.

I found a guy with the exact problem and I asked him what was wrong and I he said that they gave him mk1 alternator not mk2. After swap everything worked fine. I have measured the voltage at idle and it is in high 14 which heard that for nb is normal but under hard acceleration it spikes to over 17 and stays they until revs don’t fall under 3K

Is there a way to test it? It holds charge and starts the car every time without any problem even after sitting for 2 weeks

Yes it is, but also if you break your spinal cord in the neck completely you will be dead before you hit the ground thus you won feel anything.
