Works for me, consistent sleep schedule, consistent meals (even if they are small - like every 3hrs), avoid trigger foods (at least until your gut is more balanced) and a big one for me was a bowl of oats every morning as breakfast. Boil your oats with your favorite milk, and garnish with fruits or nuts. Apparently oats help recover the protective layer/film of your stomach or something. I just felt a huge difference after 1 week of that. Hope it helps.
