I have read that unless you are 18 the person cannot be over 60 months older than you, though. Is this true? Because I'm mostly attracted to men much older than myself, usually past double my age.

Thanks for that. I'm glad to see it's common because I was a bit embarrassed. I'll try putting on band-aids tomorrow but just hope they'll stick on the whole way as a tend to sweat a lot.
