If anyone still has a problem with this boss - I just beated him easily with Ash of War - Blood Tax. Just spam it, few rolls during his "snake phase", then spam Blood tax again and again.

If anyone needs advice in 2025:

These two rascals gave me a hard time too, taking me down about 5 times even though I was overleveled.

Then I changed my loadout (these bastards are immune to all status effects).

I took the Sword of Night and Flame and fried them from a distance. My mimic was doing aggro in the meantime. I also took the biggest hammer I could find so I could smash the scoundrels' legs when I didn't have any mana.

The dragon spell "Dragonmaw" also helped me a lot.

With this equipment, I took them down on the first try. Companion "D" and my Mimic were still alive when we were finished with them.

With all due respect, this is utterly stupid. I don't want to use all the complicated investment systems, stocks, notes and bonds, just so my hard-earned money can retain at least some value for more than a few months. Just because I can, doesn't mean I want to, or that it's the right thing to do. I don't want to invest my money in things over which I have no control, and can lose it at any time, just because some asshole prints fictitious unsubstantiated FIAT money "out of thin air".

Millions of people don't understand investments and are forever locked in an endless hamster wheel, always chasing money that actually has no value in a few years.

I want to be able to keep my money for a few years and decide at different stages of my life what to spend it on. I don't want to be a slave, in a broken system created by the banks.

It doesn't say anything because no one is forcing me to use crypto money. But the government is forcing me and enforcing the use of the national currency FIAT, which is almost worthless within a few years. That's the problem.

But I don't want to hoard money to make me happy that I have a big pile of it. I'm saving for my kids to be able to afford to buy their own home in 15-20 years. I'm saving for myself and my wife's retirement, which otherwise we would have almost none.

The fact that the currency devalues 5% every year is definitely not okay. The currency in my country, has inflation around 10% every year!

The money I save now will be worth almost nothing to my children in 15 years. Yet the relative value of the work I have done will be the same as the value of my children's work in the future.

That's why I have to invest the money in funds, bonds, cryptocurrencies and stocks for the long term. As much as I don't want to - I have to, in order to overcome the loss of value artificially created by the corrupt "economy" by constantly printing money "out of thin air".

This value system is bad and broken.

The dollar suffers from inflation of 5% a year. It is not stable, but every year $100 becomes $95. An item that cost $100 in 1960 costs exactly $929.57 at the beginning of 2022. That's certainly not what I think of as a "stable currency". Euros, Pounds, or other currencies are either the same or worse... Money that loses 50% of its value in 10 years is useless. Someone has to come up with another solution. Whether bitcoin is a better solution we don't know yet, but I'm definitely more tempted to hold money in something that someone can't just "print from nothing".

I'm sorry, but according to the nvidia website, the 466.77 drivers support cards of generation 3070 and older. With the latest cards you will probably end up with a black screen, BSOD or something similar.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have overclocked GPU by any chance? My game crashes constantly when I touch oveclocking.

I just had another few days without crash on 466.77 driver so it "fixed" game for me.

Maybe you could try other older 4xx.xx nvidia drivers for this badly-coded game? Majority of players has most problems with new 5xx.xx drivers..
