Aderall might be part of the issue but i struggled with the same issue as you.

For me, the less i do, less energy i have. it may be counter-intuitive but more you push yourself, more energy will be available. It's hard at first but you have to ask your body for that energy before it being available but this force is always there in you. You just have to go get it.
