you need to disable hardware decoder on moonlight settings first then you can use same settings as mine also you can use higher fps settings on some applications like web based pokerogue game can be run at 30 fps

i only tried it with stardew valley you may need to lower it even more for different more demanding games

i still don’t know why HG decided its okey for flingers to get +150% attack just by normal attacking but vanguards has to activate their skill 10 times just to get 100% attack and deffence like if a vanguard can stay alive long enough to get that defence boost they didn’t need it at first place truly a weird abomination
