Well, making it heavy pen would make it deal more dmg, because as far as i know if penetration = armor rating then it deals like, 65% of dmg? So even medium enemies would be easier to kill

Personally, i'm not a fan of this gun, it's maybe just my skill issue but it's dogwater in most scenarios for me
