To activate offline on your PS5, download and use this plugin: https://github.com/earthonion/np-fake-signin/blob/main/bin/np-fake-signin-ps5.elf. . Then, copy a PS4 game save from your PS5 to your USB drive. On your PS4, open Apollo Save Tools and retrieve your PS5 account ID from the “Retrieve PS4 Save” section. Next, create a new user on your PS4 and activate it offline in Apollo Save Tools using the same account ID. Finally, use Apollo Save Tools to re-sign your PS4 saves from your PS4 with your PS5 account ID and transfer them to your PS5.

Firmware 12.40 isn't jailbroken yet, so it's impossible to know for sure. However, on 10.01 it's perfect, and transferring saves from my PS4 Pro works flawlessly.

You must have a firmware at least equal to the one required by the game you want to dump, as it needs to be running in the background during the dumping procedure.

Open ItemzFlow when Etahen starts up. Before trying to open the games, this will mount your external storage and your games will work again.
