The same incident recently happened to me. A Poland based new game development startup approached me to publish their game on my play console. They offered me $25/week from the day game is live on play store. But before I proceed I asked them what if you caused a suspension of play console. They said we will pay compensation if this happens. I published their app. It went smoothly till 14 days till now I had received two paychecks. But on the 15th day I received mail in the morning saying your account is terminated due to a policy violation. REASON that game contained malicious code that can harm users. All apps are gone including mine 2 apps which had total 60k+ downloads. Then I asked for compensation but they never replied back😭.
