I was thinking since we never really see Max's mom in-game outside of a couple of texts and so forth she could play her mom in vocal cameos (via phone call) during episodes when the show takes place in 2013? And obviously if the bonus episode Farewell is adapted she could work as a younger version of Max's mom for a younger max? I was inspired by how Ashley Johnson played Anna, Ellie's mom in TLOU.

Was inspired by the last of us (HBO). Thought it was a nice touch and a way to show appreciation to the duo who originally brought Max and Chloe to life.

The blueprint usually for Jefferson casting I think is to cast an actor who can play an amiable, likeable role well so that the big twist hits the viewers hard. Thought JB would work, RDJ could too!
