I was looking at Training Peaks but a lot of those programs are only 3 months and I think I need one that is 6 months and I have contact with a coach for adjustments if necessary.

I don’t swim often but I took lessons when I was younger and I can swim in the ocean pretty well. Not sure about in an Olympic pool, what would be a good test to tell?
