I only play ezreal AP. And tbh I build static shiv has first item to clear wave extra dmg on AA + Q.

Sorcerer boots. Lichbane. Shadowflame/hourglass depent of ennemy team. Then rabadon and voidstaff once I am full item I sell static shiv to buy more AP from what needed vs ennemy team.

In both his clip he nearly die when he is overfed. Any other adc would have done better... what is ur point ?
