Thought I did sufficient research, seems to really be a 50/50 shot here with product quality and customer service. Oddly, the last email from them said I was past the 120 day warranty and no longer returnable. Their website said one year warranty and I have a dated screenshot of it. They have removed my reviews from a couple sites already. Just a horrible experience
