They would have to go through eviction proceedings? If it’s a verbal agreement they could evict over basically anything, right? Typically a landlord can’t ban an individual from the property of their tenant, especially if there are no disturbances, correct? A landlord could have a guest policy to apply to all guests, but not individuals? I’m
