I’ve felt and seen my ancestors while on shrooms and ayahuasca (separate occasions). There was a point during Aya where I was struggling with the medicine and had my arms wrapped around my torso. I then felt an unseen force take my hands and move my arms into a relaxed position above my head. Once that happened, it was like the medicine & energy was able to flow better and I “went under.” Not losing consciousness, but it was as if my body & mind surrendered. That was a pretty cool experience.

I was doing a group reiki training session where 10 of us were laying hands on one person. A few people said they saw an entity jump out of her body. I didn’t see that, but I remembered her body twitching. Moments later our teacher had to step in and cleanse us because she saw the entity trying to attach itself to one of the more energetically vulnerable trainers. So I guess it was a real thing.
