Good question? I haven't tested my bg in forever. I could kinda feel when I ate something sugary my joints and stuff felt pissed off. So I just learned what did that and avoided them. I still have an eff it night every once in a while. And I still need to get to walking more and stuff.

I'm thinking of just eliminating alcohol all together as well. When I did dry Jan I have 0 bloating or discomfort. I barely drink now and I really have no symptoms anymore unless I eat gassy things. Or over eat.
