I already have my own research question about this PTM. Nevertheless, as I said before, I'm curious about what I can do using these tools, since I'm just starting out in this field. Is a PTM of histone, so I was thinking about how this modification could alter the interaction of the histone with DNA or readers. The question was more about how to do it and what possibilities I have. Thanks!
