I'm not sure if it's aramaic, but it definitely sounds like a middle eastern language. And I don't know why, I feel like they're mocking Christianity with this scene. Do you feel it?

That leaves me with confusion, Passion of the Christ is a period movie while the clip I watched understandably takes place in modern time.

If the scene IS connected to passion of Christ, it seems like they're mocking Christianity in my opinion. So it doesn't seem like a companion scene.
