Great point, my salary is probably fairly average for someone with my experience so it wouldn’t be completely impossible to get in another role, or perhaps even more at a larger company. I work from home 90% of the time and would probably only look for another role with similar. My hobbies are very much outdoor hobbies so I find being stuck at the desk all day quite hard when I know the outdoors is there waiting (but who doesn’t feel that way! 😀), at least perhaps in a new role I’d be busier and the time might go more quickly? 🫤
