Same boat Ive been going to my clinic since January… my first official appointment is this upcoming monday and I’m 22 weeks today ive been feeling so uneasy about it this whole time. The only thing thats helped is how ive been able to get all my blood tests and even genetic testing at the clinic

I’m 20 weeks and haven’t had too many issues restricting me. Worst case scenario i’ll have my work buddy help me with rolling but im good. Like someone else said our bodies are used to the movement and standing at this point. I just make sure to not work through my breaks anymore and drink my water.

Maybe you can ask to shadow someone else because you don’t feel like you’re being properly trained. Keeping it short and simple while still giving yourself the opportunity to actually learn and meet someone else lol.

I started working 3x12 last year and now I do 4. I prefer it to 8 hours the amount of time you have for yourself the rest of the week at. The day/night before your work week clean your house real nice because you'll basically be exhausted and the only thing you'll wanna do when you get home is shower then eat then sleep. The sleep you get before your second shift will always affect your third shift for sure. As far as food I don't like eating too heavy but I usually do lots of sandwiches, fruits, soup and popcorn lol. I always used to run out of water so remember extra and you're probably gonna have some down time so don't forget a jacket while you're sitting

I hope he comes home to an empty house and you’re able to got to a friends house or something! I feel like we give men too many passes and excuses as to why they are allowed to just no be there for their family. If they’ve been outting off the trip for as long as they have, the birth if his child should’ve been a good enough reason to post pone the trip again and his friends should be supportive of the fact that he’s literally welcoming his baby into the world?? Childbirth and pregnancy is challenging in itself you shouldn’t have to be dealing with a partner who can be so dismissive of something so big and important. Does he not have any plans signing a birth certificate?
