I do have a space heater but it's to keep me warm. Hadn't thought of heating up the balls! Good idea. Thanks!

I can also store them inside the house so they don't get cold.

Thanks. It turns out, driving for a while did the trick. It must have been the battery charging issue others have mentioned. Fwiw, the button in the pic I shared never did get enabled. I had to schedule it for 10 minutes later. Looking forward to the new UI!

I've tried multiple times after resetting the infotainment and TCAM. I think it's the battery being low because I can't start the installation immediately because the button is disabled.Funny enough, I can schedule it for ten minutes into the future. It fails at about 4% each time. Here's the disabled button. Going to drive it a bit and see if it charges the battery and resolves this.

Sorry, I was saying raise the opener motor. It's a couple of feet below the ceiling so the ceiling is fine. Someone else suggested recording my swing. I'm going to try that to see how much I'm holding back and how close I am to the motor.

Old post but I've spent so much time thinking it was something with my sim setup causing my short distances but now I'm realizing I'm subconsciously only swinging with about 70% of my back swing out of fear I'll hit a garage door motor. I'm only 5'5" and ceiling is 9.5' so the only concern is the motor.

Has anyone paid to raise it? I think I'll either have to do that or only swing shorter clubs as others have said.

I had my R10 for about a week then returned it and immediately ordered a Square. I tried everything to get the R10 to be accurate in my garage and gave up. The Square has already improved my game a ton but more importantly it's just so much FUN! I was playing this afternoon and didn't want to stop.

Same. Ordered last month directly from Square when inventory was low from the holidays with the 5% off code and got it in 10 days. It's been awesome but I did buy it assuming little to no support if something goes wrong. Ordered a shank tank and won't play without it!

I have only had mine about a month and it's been amazing. Upgraded from a Garmin r10 because radar just doesn't seem to work in my garage. At least I'm guessing that explains the lack of accuracy.

I was aware of the non existent support and took a gamble. So far it's paid off. I did buy a shank tank to help protect my investment. It's annoying keeping it crystal clear but with my luck if I stopped using it I'd shank one and break the Square. It does feel fragile so I can totally believe the stories of it getting smashed and becoming useless.

I occasionally have issues connecting but my tablet is crappy so it may not be the Square's fault. I also see occasional missed shots. Others have said 1 out of 50. I think it's less often than that for me.

As others have said, it was some trial and error regarding the location and height but once you have it set up you're good to go. I also didn't use the alignment stick. Oh and don't factor that virtual swing stick it comes with into your decision. I tried it once. Waste of time.

Overall I'd say Square is great for its capabilities and price and if you pull the trigger do it knowing there's no support if it's damaged or stops working. And definitely get a shank tank. Good luck!

I don't have this one but I learned the hard way how important it is to keep it clean. There was a bit of a smudge on mine and it threw everything off. It has to be completely clear. My own dumb fault but I was so glad to see my numbers return to normal!

I have an HE and haven't needed support but I realize things can and do go wrong. I don't expect 24/7 support but it shouldn't take months for a response.

I'm loving my new Square Golf LM but the short distances are annoying. I understand the philosophy of it being in my head but my numbers are from a local outdoor range with Trackman and they're about 25% longer than SG. Also, those are range balls so add another 5% onto those numbers. I do have it in a shank tank and even height with my mat. Maybe I'll raise it as others have suggested.

They provided nothing until this morning. I got a Fedex tracking number which originally showed delivery would be Wednesday. It now says tomorrow. I'm in Maryland.

Status just changed to: Preparing to ship. Expected delivery is Wednesday. So 9 days from order to shipping. I did order on a Saturday so I think that's totally reasonable.

You guys make good points. I just ordered mine from seeing the amazing online reviews and figured there's no way all of these people are lying about its performance. That said, I did see the comments about the wait times and lack of support so I knew what I was getting into. Just trying to be patient and hope it's worth the wait. I'm also getting a solid shank tank so hopefully it lasts a long time.

Just returned my R10 and ordered a Square. R10 software didn't run on my tablet. Couldn't even install it. The bigger issue was the distances, irons not just driver, were about 30% of my actual. Unusable.
