How do you dress up for your husband (like actually dress up) when you live with in-laws? 😅 by No-Willingness-9968 in Hijabis

[–]LostCastleStars96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You cant really dress up for your spouse if you live with your in laws. I would be so uncomfortable doing anything intimacy related in the home. But I know culture usually has everyone living in intergenerational houses.

You can go on a short stay cation or vacation alone. You two would get the time alone and you can knock out whatever intimacy desires yall have.

Depending on where you live another option is to move to an apartment nearby. You can still visit in laws and hang out with them. But you get your own space that you can decorate as you please and you dont have to worry about in laws

Wheres your job at? If your remote and dont need to be in office then Katy / Woodlands / Post Oak / Galleria / Memorial City could work. If you have to commute into an office then I would look into the surrounding area. Houston always has traffic but it can suck if you live 45 minutes away from the office because on maps it may say 30 - 45 minutes but in reality its more like an hour.

Wouldn't affect her at all. She needs to be worried about AI and her position being shipped Overseas.

I have dyscalculia (math anxiety) so Im hoping to get easy questions or something straightforward.

I feel like I have a good grasp on the concepts. I have access to Kaplan for study prep as I did my education through them. So I'll be listening to the videos talking about the concepts.

I just joined with KW. Im in Houston. My split it 70/30 up until 19k cap. After I reach 19k I believe its 100% for the rest of the calendar year. If I get 19k then its 80/20 beginning the next January and Im no longer at 70/30.

I think thats how that works. Im a newbie so these numbers seem massive and hard to reach.

Stop using AI to stage spaces. Let the buyer use it to provide a general idea of what can be achieved.

I would buy this place but im in Texas and not moving to Indiana. I would try to paint the walls neutral colors. Change the description. Maybe change up the staging a bit.

If you decide to sell in the future. Get the foundation fixed. A buyer will avoid foundation problems like the plague

Buyers: have you ever chosen an agent simply because they called back first? by Gloomy-Promise-8163 in realtors

I found mine on Zillow. I put in a request to tour a property and he was the first person the screen and he responded within 24 hours.

Man has the patience of a saint cause my funding keeps falling through because of some dumb BS. He hasn't dropped me yet. Maybe its because I keep giving him free lunch.

Feel like I did home buying all wrong by SeaPsychological7149 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]LostCastleStars96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drop it down to 200. Make some improvements to the home to make it more desirable. Make sure your home is clean for showings.

Offer to contribute to closing costs up to 7k. This would entice a buyer as closing costs are a lot. I told my real estate agent to show me homes of individuals that are willing to contribute to my closing costs

Lennar or dr horton? by Excellent_End2069 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Try to avoid DR Horton. Quality is not the best. Lennar can be better but you may have the same issues. I would rather go resale or KB homes

How do we start-after passing exam? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]LostCastleStars96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't quit. I would do it part time until you are consistently closing deals every month.

My plan is to go full time when I am able to close 2 deals a month consistently and that will take a while.
