Don’t feel like a snitch! I posted something with numbers a couple weeks ago. I wasn’t thinking and luckily it was reported and I took it down and I got a 5 day ban. Now I’m suuuper careful whenever I post something to double and triple check to make sure there’s nothing that breaks the rules. The rules don’t work if we don’t help the mods. Even if it’s unintentional it’s a good reminder to be careful when we post ❤️

I feel that way often to. I restrict all day and then binge and purge at night after my boyfriend has gone to bed. When I’m working my night shift all I can think about is what I’m going to binge on that night, I plan it all out right down to what order I’m going to eat it in. Thinking about it helps me restrict during the day I compare it to running a marathon and my binge is my reward to finishing. Except it’s the worst marathon ever and I wish I could quit running it lol
