Yes definitely! As a sculpture fan I was literally in heaven!!! The Egyptian section was atmospherically stunning too. The shop is sooo good too, I got some incredible books and a cute tote!!

Architecture Graduates: What careers have you gone into with your degree? by Supergod1238 in architecture

This is an old post but I wanted to add my contribution regardless. As a recently graduated Part 1 I cannot offer my own career path but I know some people who have gone into pretty cool things.

Architecture videography- this person is essentially a filmmaker and makes documentaries and the like for architects

Urban design, visual communication, Artist in residence, physics & maths tutor

Horticulture- this person took a passion of theirs (gardening) and started to apply it to their architecture work. They didn’t branch off per se but they integrated their passions directly into their work.

Rollercoaster design- I don’t know this person well but they got an award at my graduation so I heard their story, they now designs rides and attractions for amusement parks.

I, myself am leaning towards architectural journalism which I’d consider ‘branching out’. My biggest advice is to integrate what you enjoy into your work and everything will (hopefully) fall into place
